I am going to try and post, at least once a month, just going to use my phone probably for here, since the time in hospital, lighter is better for me, plus it's always in my pocket.

It might be a 500mm mirror? A word of CAUTION from the memory bank, 28mm and under EG 10 to 28mm are Extreme Wide angle lenses AND while looking through them,
