6 buns, oven on 250C for aprox 10 min you need a tray with a baking sheet (no oil needed, it's in dough) 4 dl flour 1 dl oatmeal 2 teasp baking powder ½ teasp salt 1 teasp oregano (or preferred herbs) 2 tsp oil 2 ½ dl milk (i put a triangel of mild cheese on top of each bun) mix dry ingrediens in a bowl and milk n oil in a cup then mix well together with a spatula and click the batter/dough an the baking sheet top off with cheese or seeds Enjoy !!  | ||

for 2 people 2 eggs 2 bananas 1 dl oatmeal (mine has extra fibers) (optional 2 tablespoons of coconut flakes) 1 teaspoon baking powder, in last ontop of the dry oatmeal mix well, let rest 5 min butter in a big pan and fry up i measure up with a serving spoon, so it makes for 4 thick pancakes each i serve with nutinella, less sugar version of nutella pic to come  | ||

I made up a easy sauce I swear it goes with everything Well i dont know with fish lol 2-3 portions 1 tablespoon tomato pure 2 tablespoon ajvar 2 tablespoon 15% creme fraiche 1 tablespoon sriracha 1 clove minced garlic or powder Mix well, serve cold (let is rest in fridge 30m) or heat up, smidge hot | ||
