This photo was taken in a rural area near Louisville Nebraska there were no street lights anywhere to help with the lighting. However the lights on the building were yellow. and I agree that the lighting was a little tough to set I took it with my Samsung galaxy s5 and I had no tripod to hold the phone so I could use time lapse. I would normally be using a cannon eos t3i. But did not have it with me when I came across this and I could not pass it up! Thanks for the input I appreciate it very much!

I like the looks of this pic, and yes it is never easy to do this type of shot, this one is captured well. I feel though it needs a little under exposure, the blacks on the left are going blue, and the white lighting lights and whites on the building are blowing out. still a nice shot though, I applaud anyone trying a shot such as this.
