flatbread is kinda simular to swedish tunnbread (tunn=thinn)

Grandma's recipe...(I'm 62, she was born in 1897...so authentic :).). Norwegian flatbread...made from potatoes (Think tortilla, but from potato instead of corn flour). . First try. Got a little misty making this, I'll admit. I used to help G'ma when I was a lad.
