so not to waste i made the simplest sponge cake i know
and just half ingredienses

1 egg, 1 dl sugar, 1 teaspoon baking powder, 1 teaspoon vanilla sugar, 1,5 dl flower and 1 dl water
as you see im not going for taste here




its non stick but i still put on thin with oil



this is new to me i have no clue how long it cooks? but i only pushed button once



i pricked cake it was done



flipped it over on a plate, yes it looks like a pancake



i put on some custard cream and wildberry jam,
it tasted somewhere between a pancake and sponge cake
i think next try will be full recipe and dairy in
