try this...Dombeya tiliacea aka Forest wild pear or aka Cape wedding flowerf, as stoppy says, hard to tell from just the flower but if ya google one of those names, it might help....might not too :D

I would have a guess at Bougainvillea? If it has sharp long thorns? dunno though, hard to tell from just the flowers?
