Wednesday, August 2, 2023, 4:15:27 AM- An Adventure I had last year.
August 31st 2022. I slipped and fell in the bathroom while washing my hands, When I fell my left foot banged into a opposite corner and my little toe and the next one kind of split on the corner. My MS does me no favours as makes my right leg numb and makes me fall alot. Anyway I ended up in hospital. I thought I had broken my little toe on my left foot and also my big toe on right foot. I waited for the foot doctor to come and see me, he said my little toe was indeed broken that's not all, I had split it open, after much deliverance he told me that he couldn't fix the broken bones. In the end the doctor asked how I felt having either a really bad toe, or to have it removed. So I had my little pinky amputated. So now I have 9 toes lol. I was in hospital for 4 days then I spent upto 23rd September 2022 in rehab. I am glad that I had insurance the total amount was $90,000 the insurance paid for it as I had met my deductable and co-pay., I had dislocated my big toe and nowadays it looks a mess and misshapen and bent.

I do have photo's but just get them on here and I did not want to put them in with the photo's, until I find out that I can,

Thursday, June 30, 2016, 6:26:59 PM- My garden :)
I went and watered the garden at 6.30am and it started to rain lol so there I was getting wet - (just as well it was only a little rain) I did notice that my cucumber plant has flowers on it smile ..... I have baby lil tommies on my tomato plants and a few little peppers on my pepper plants. Beetroots are coming up and radishes are begining to pop I can see there lil red bodies shouldering above the dirt. I have got some summer squash and a pink squash coming up showing me there leaves smile My spring onions (scallions) are nearly 2 inches tall, slender green leaves showing off, zucchini plant looks promising also and is about 8 inches tall now. I will take some pics this weekend and show off lol smile

Monday, February 1, 2016, 9:33:25 PM- Daisy the newest furbaby ...
Daisy the new furbaby (sister for Harvey furbaby) has got to go to the vets today - I think she has the kitty cold sad got her to eat something today - she hasn't eaten for a week ..... I got down to her level and held the food bowl for her and she did half sit up and ate about a quarter of the food, I did not want her to gorge herself. Even talked to her again today and stroked her and she grabbed my hand with her paws and let me rub her tummy and she purred (first time).
The brother and sister have not met yet as they had to be seperated for 2 weeks and now this cold has them seperated anyway

Monday, January 25, 2016, 9:46:22 PM- Our new family member ... :)
DAISY

Our new cat (female) called Daisy spent most of Saturday night huddled under our bed - we got her that day, we put her food and water bowl, her carry box and litter tray in there. I saw her once in the dark walking about, she didn't meow or anything. She used her litter box cos it had a wet spot in it and I heard her munch on some dry food. She does not come out when we are in the room, so we are a bit concerned, am I being over cautious? Do I just give her time to get used to us? Our other cat Harvey keeps going to our bedroom door and meows, but the humane society say we have to keep her away just incase of any cat colds etc are passed on to her via our other cat - they said for 2 weeks.........I guess I just want her to be with us and she dosent seem to eat a lot either. She has been through a lot before we got her, we found out that she had 7 babies when they took her in, she is spayed now and weighs in at just over 6lbs and she is 1year 3months approx. Any advice out there??? Thank you in advance - I must admit in all my years I have never had this with any of my cats.
